These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your access to and use of the SLIMFIT app, coaching, website, programs, digital products, messaging platforms, and all related services (collectively, the “Services”) provided by SLIMFIT Sustainable Weight Loss, LLC (“SLIMFIT,” “we,” or “us”).

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1) Eligibility and Authority

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services.

If you are using the Services on behalf of another person or entity, you confirm you have authority to agree to these Terms on their behalf.

2) Accounts; Account Security; Electronic Communications

You may need to create an account to access certain features.

You agree to:

  • Coaching support

  • Digital products and education

All content is for educational purposes only and is not medical advice.

You should consult a healthcare provider before starting any fitness or nutrition program.

You retain ownership of any content you submit (progress photos, check-ins, etc.), but you grant SLIMFIT permission to use it internally to deliver and improve services.

5) Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to:

  • Violate any laws

  • Harass, threaten, or abuse others

  • Share false or misleading information

  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse the app

  • Use the Services for illegal or unauthorized purposes

  • Share your login or access someone else’s account

6) Results Disclaimer

Results are not guaranteed.

Your progress depends on:

  • Consistency

  • Effort

  • Lifestyle

  • Individual factors

SLIMFIT is not responsible for lack of results.

7) Health Disclaimer

You understand:

  • SLIMFIT is not a medical provider

  • Services are not a substitute for medical advice

  • You assume all risks related to exercise and nutrition

8) Third-Party Tools & Integrations

We may use third-party tools (Trainerize, Stripe, apps, etc.).

We are not responsible for their services, policies, or performance.

9) Feedback

Any feedback you provide may be used by SLIMFIT without compensation or restriction.

10) Testimonials & Social Proof

If you voluntarily share results, testimonials, or progress:

  • You grant permission for SLIMFIT to use them for marketing

  • We will not share sensitive content without consent

11) Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold SLIMFIT harmless from any claims resulting from:

  • Your use of the Services

  • Your violation of these Terms

  • Your actions or conduct

12) Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee:

  • Availability

  • Error-free performance
